The challenge

Moving UST away from 'scripted,' deterministic assessment results toward a truly personalized user journey that reflected their authority in digital transformation.

The idea

Working within a cross-functional product team, we treated Generative AI as a dynamic 'Rules Engine.' By capturing user personas in real-time, the system could adapt and build trust through deeply relevant problem-solving.

Along the way

Concrete moves between intent and handoff—each step reducing ambiguity before the next layer of fidelity.

  • UX Oversight

    Influenced end-to-end user flows alongside the broader team to ensure intuitive navigation through complex AI-generated business challenges.

  • QA Testing & Iteration

    Drove structured QA across AI-generated responses, loading states, and handoff flows—iterating on edge cases until the product held up under real sessions ahead of global launch.

  • The Friction & Pivot

    AI response times were introducing unacceptable latency. I pivoted our approach by working with the team to engineer dynamic, engaging snippet mechanisms to display during loading phases, drastically reducing friction and preventing user drop-off.

The outcome

Transitioned the product from prototype to a global production launch, replacing 'fake personalization' with a high-performance lead-gen engine.
