The challenge

Launching a global platform for a Microsoft and G42 partnership that advocates for diverse AI systems, requiring flawless parity in both English and Arabic.

The idea

A 'Global-First' modular architectural system designed to handle the structural nuances of both English (LTR) and Arabic (RTL) seamlessly.

Along the way

Concrete moves between intent and handoff—each step reducing ambiguity before the next layer of fidelity.

  • Technical Engineering

    Built the site in Webflow utilizing CSS logical properties to handle complex RTL localization automatically.

  • The Friction & Pivot

    The translation and localization pipeline became a bottleneck across the wider team. I quickly engineered a new, scalable localization framework within our build process to ingest translations smoothly.

  • Accessibility Optimization

    Championed strict WCAG standards across the platform and implemented Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.

The outcome

Shipped a highly accessible, fully localized platform on an aggressive timeline for its international debut at the Abu Dhabi Global AI Summit.
