The challenge

Explaining the physical reality of AI—hyperscale data centers—to government and enterprise stakeholders without losing them in dense technical jargon.

The idea

An 'Anatomy of Hyperscale.' Rather than a flat presentation, we treated the technical infrastructure as a living organism, allowing users to self-guide through the complex lifecycle of an AI factory.

Concrete moves between intent and handoff—each step reducing ambiguity before the next layer of fidelity.

  • Webflow Engineering

    Led the front-end build, translating the team's high-fidelity technical illustrations into a scalable web experience.

  • UX & Navigation

    Architected the navigation to ensure users could effortlessly explore seven dense technical layers—from liquid cooling systems to physical security.

  • The Friction & Pivot

    Initial scroll-linked animations caused glitchy rendering on mobile due to DOM overload. I pivoted the interaction architecture to precise click-triggered animations, ensuring a buttery-smooth 60fps experience across all devices.

The outcome

Debuted at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, successfully shifting the stakeholder narrative from abstract AI concepts to tangible, physical infrastructure.
